Sales Terms

1. Seller

Subscriptions are sold by Technologies GNETICS Inc. ("GNETICS"), province of Québec, Canada. These Sales Terms complement the Terms of Service; in case of conflict on a commercial point, these Sales Terms prevail.

2. Products and prices

OPS GNETICS offers OPS Business, OPS Build and OPS Security at 50 USD / month each, or the three bundled for 100 USD/month. OPS Media starts at 25 USD/month (Start 25 · Pro 60 · Agency 150). OPS Memory and OPS Profile are included with any product. Prices displayed in the public catalog are the single source of truth; if a page ever differs, the catalog price applies.

3. Currency and taxes

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes. Any sales taxes required by your jurisdiction are calculated and added at checkout by our payment processor.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. (PCI-DSS compliant). GNETICS never stores your full card details. You authorize GNETICS, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for the subscription you select.

5. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will notify you by email of any price change with reasonable advance notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access to the product remains active until the end of the period already paid, then ends. Cancelling one product does not affect your other active products.

7. Refunds

Except where a mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise, subscription fees for a started billing period are non-refundable, because access is provisioned immediately upon payment. If you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or a failed provisioning that we could not remedy), contact us and we will investigate and refund the erroneous amount in good faith.

8. Bundles and products already owned

The 3-of-your-choice (60 USD) and all-6 (100 USD) packs are discounted combinations. When you build a pack, products you already own are excluded — you are never charged twice for the same product. The all-6 pack is intended for accounts that do not yet own any of the six; if you already own some, add the remaining ones individually or via the 3-of-your-choice pack.

9. Delivery / activation

Access is activated automatically shortly after a successful payment: your account is provisioned (or the product is added to your existing account) and an access email is sent. If activation has not completed within a reasonable delay, contact us with your payment confirmation and we will resolve it.
